Description:

This large, brown leather mousepad are precisely laser-etched with the Bitcoin symbol.

Fine stitching is featured around the edges. The leather is backed by a firm, non-slip rubber board.

This pad works great for an optical or wheel mouse, as tested in graphics work and FPS gaming.

Your wrist won't stick to the leather surface, which has a pleasant, slightly rough texture.

Specification:

Dimensions

Width    230 mm. / 9"
Depth    7 mm. / 0.27"

Weight
Grams    320 g.
Ounces    11 oz.

I would love one of those if it didn't have the bitcoin symbol on it... do you sell them w/o embroidery?

Sure thing, Faizaa. A leather mousepad with no print will be $2 less, so that's .

I'll put up an option on my website for a no print version, your choice of BitPay there or escrow here.

It's cow leather.  Smiley

I could get them done in buck leather also. Kudu leather is very nice.

Like the idea OP but honestly the design of the logo looks ordinary. You need a revamp in BTC boundaries to make it look appealing. Let me know if I can help.

Please be aware that due to the way in which the forum caches images, the dynamic price tags with btcticker won't work.
Sir Lagsalot, you should probably give the price in $ and state that current exchange rate according to some exchange is being used.

Thanks, Onkel Paul! Wasn't aware of that.

The price is $28.16 with print, $26.22 without.

or €20.50 / €19.09

or ¥171 / ¥159

I'll tell the cattle rancher to get a more stylish branding iron. Wink But seriously, I was thinking of having white and orange dyes used, to colour it like the icon. Still have to see if that's possible.

I've never used an African Leather mousepad.  Does it work well - i.e. is it easy to move the mouse around?  I usually just use my mouse on my desk at work without a pad.  Is there any reason not to do this?  I like the pads though, very fancy.

Thyatis, it won't change by much. I will have a number for you soon, hopefully tomorrow.

Thanks, 4ner. Sure, you can get an unprinted one, it costs a bit less too.

Yeah, a mouse slides around smoothly on leather.

As for problems with using a mouse on a desk, I'd say it depends on the surface. Optical mouses don't track well on some surfaces, so you might get cursor-jerkiness. And a mouse would scratch / scuff a wooden desk over time. If you have a mechanical mouse, it'd probably pick up more dust from a desktop and need frequent cleaning of the rollers.

Thanks, quone17.
