Looking for a coder/developer who works with Perl and bitcoin

Im looking for someone with experience in the perl language (at least 3 years) who can update a site I have to accept and use bitcoins.

Its a complicated project with MLM style features, levels, payment processing and automatic payments all with bitcoin. Just to make it clear, It is not a pyramid scheme, It will be similar to kickstarter or indiegogo. Right now its set to accept regular payments via paypal, I want to completely overhaul it to accept and use only bitcoins.
