Bter exchange rip off

I searched posts here about bter exchange to find out if anyone else has had problems with them. I did find several posts accusing bter of theft.
But I cant reply to those post being a newbie. So is there any newbies or staff can help with this problem?
I transferred 0.074 BTC from my Bter account to my personal wallet last night. I have yet to receive them or a response to 2 emails sent to there support dept at bter.

Sad story, Man.
I've made deposit of 190 NMC 4 days ago, coins are in bter.com wallet, I checked via block chain and have tons of confirmations.
But I still not received them and bter.com support ignore me.
I suppose bter.com is scam and theft coins from people.

And what is even more sad, their support just ignore all my emails and I do not have/know any other ways to contact them.
Should I learn chinese and phone them?

I have sent a message to the inventor and mod of quarkcoin  forums awaiting a response from him as to why he advertizes Bter on there site. Will post any response from him.

I got this info from GoDaddy whois, it seems that GoDaddy delegated bter.com domain.
Unsure what to do next, I saw that others guys was struggling from this on 11-12 too...

omg, bter.com fuckers, I've sent them(3 guys listed on bter.com) here a message, no reply as well.
Scammers, so mad at them.
