Cryptsy Having a Bad Day

Stalled deposits, missing trades, crossed orders.  Not exactly encouraging.  Yesterday was my first day trading at Cryptsy, and although the features there have BTC-e and Vircurex beaten hands down.  The lag and lost trades is more than annoying.  My first problem was the delay in my deposit showing up.  Admittedly, since it was a deposit of DGC from Vircurex due to the low withdrawal fees as you can see:

13 Dec 11:00    -3,000.20000000    DGC

Point 2 of a DGC on a 3k withdrawal makes me very happy :-)

I want to buy some worldcoins, but I don't trust Cryptsy.  Their website is nice, but there seem to be a lot of fraud complaints.
Who runs this coins-e.com?

I guess another question is does worldcoin solve some speed issues that bitcoin has, or would bitcoin just evolve to solve any future issues?

Cryptsy is a joke, past few hours its been pathetically slow.  Taking hours to refund cancelled orders, if you are lucky enough to get a trade through chances are your balances will read 0 on either side for a few hours.  I am sure this site earns enough money to invest in infrastructure
