Hi Dima, if a business thinks it has been given a wrongful evaluation, it can issue a dispute and provide evidence (the other party is also allowed to provide its arguments
and evidence) and enough tokens to fuel the deployment and reward in a new dispute settlement smart contract. Businesses on the Procurean network who join the resolutioning process are reimbursed with PAN tokens for taking the time to look into the dispute and cast a vote. Page 22 of our Whitepaper explains this more in-depth.
