when I began reading I didn't understand how you could call this news.  Now I get it haha that is a good bit of coins to put up for a single bet.

Puting ~150 BTC on single bets and on 49.50% chance to win double is crazy.If i were him i would just be happy with the bitcoins that i have.

It wasn't a single bet - it was lots and lots of bets.  Some of them hitting the house limit of ~165 BTC per roll.

After losing, he gave me 10 BTC to distribute to "the chat", so I split it between the 68 accounts that had chatted since he started playing an hour before.

Somebody loosing money while gambling! Lots of money , this is a difference , but not something that should be screamed out like news!
Imagine a paper in Monte Carlo filled with those news , it would be the size of the Yellow pages.

Something is up

The ~2k BTC that was recently lost was previously won on the site by the same guy.  It didn't come from the sheep market.

There's a guy on reddit posting vague accusations about a just-dice sheep-market link, but he speaks in riddles and never gives any details.  If he would point to specific chains of transactions I could look into it, but he doesn't.

Definitely is the easiest way to launder money these days.  Well, that's who I would do if I needed to launder lots of money!
