Imagine...just imagine the price drops to 200 or under 100 after he sells FOR X Bitcoins at 1000 dollars.

Well, it's priced in dollars.

If he wants to own BTC for that amount, then it is actually better to directly do the trade. Trying to buy for that amount on the exchanges will drive the price up a bit, resulting in fewer BTC.

For that amount, he must have done some homework and I'm sure the asking price reflects that.

How many people in the world can make an offer like this?

100?  1,000?

Coinbase for selling BTCs
Fold for spending BTCs
PM me with any questions on these sites/apps!  http://www.montybitcoin.com

or Vircurex for trading alt cryptocurrencies like DOGEs
CoinNinja for exploring the blockchain.

Probably 100

However, he pump asking price WAY to high.

I have a family member working as real estate in Vegas, and.... he would be lucky to get $5.5 mill for it.

He's basically looking for a sucker that sell him cheap coins.

Nice seeing Bicoin mentioned again but this is probably a publicity stunt from a guy who can't get his house sold at that price and is looking for more exposure.

Looks like the guy is looking for some more attention since nobody will buy the house for that many bitcoins
