Gamers are also computer users and share some degree of knowledge, they are used to research and try out new things, as soon they learn you can mine "digital gold for in-game products", I believe BTC will see a rise of users never seen before! Mining cryptocurrency for tokens that can be exchanged items will be the new fever, profitable for all parties, especially the user that will feel like he is expending nothing, just using his computer power to create more and more coins.

If you mean that players are going to use computer power while playing a game to mine bitcoin, they'd earn so very very little bitcoin that they'd earn far more by collecting bottles. It'd definitely be more rewarding to use crypto to pay for items, as well as using blockchain to track inventory and items. This is already in works I think by various projects aiming to achieve just that. I don't know who Bitcoin's strongest ally will be, but it's not going to be people playing games on their computers. The crypto market is growing almost exponentially, and more and more projects and companies are launching and adopting crypto/btc in various ways. I remember Digibyte were supposed to have some Minecraft server you could turn diamonds into DGB or something like that, seems like that project died. Either way, we surely have an interesting future for crypto as it becomes more adopted and used in everyday products and as payment methods. Perhaps, a new type of crypto could be launched, which games could somehow integrate with, where ingame actions result in this crypto, and also it'd be the only way to acquire it.. not so much for monetary gain, more as some type of intertwined gaming-payment-platform where you can sell items from one game and buy stuff in another game. That could be cool. Although the companies launching the games wouldn't earn from that, unless they're taking some fee from each transaction.

I agree and think the gaining industry will create quite a bit of wealth from the launching of new mineable coins that will be used in games.

I fully agree, projects like FlipGame, WAX, Asura Coin and others are going to solve trust and item transfer across a wide variety of digital assets including games and we are talking here about billions of worth and huge growth.

Also, another idea could sort of community where players are rewarded for investing their computer power on crypto, integration is a trend these days! About the companies, they could sell tokens for cryptos!

Exactly! It's a whole world of clients that just need to be treated in the right way, they can make a profit as much as tech pros, they also love tech but they're just not so deep, their thing is games. Nowadays even chairs are high-valuable goods when made and offered in the right way! So I believe there are many grounds where crypto can insert itself in the game community, like the projects you mentioned (oh and thanks for the merit)!

Since altcoin can be mined using GPU I see that many gamers have turned to crypto miners especially altcoin. Not a bit too, which initially their computer used only to play games now they are upgrading to computer hardware to be used as their mining tool. Even since bitcoin has become a boom among the public, computer accessories shops have been overwhelmed by the increasing demand for GPUs to the scarcity and price of GPUs to be expensive everywhere.

It’s definitely going to happen, and the gaming industry will boom because of that. The use of crypto will effectively bring a new era when cryptos will completely dominate the gaming payment platform.

I honestly hope this happens, it will be so much better to use my crypto instead of fiat and credit cards to buy in-game stuff, I'm really a gaming enthusiast and I like buying stuff (when done in the right way to not kill the game).

At this moment crypto is actually hurting the gaming industry because of the high prices of GPUs. More people are turning to consoles and the games that are generating most of the money are PC based ones. MMORPGs and FPSs are best played on PC. I think we'll see more Esports integrating Bitcoin rewards in the future, and hopefully more people sponsoring such events with their BTC. Perhaps some advertisements to appeal to the gaming community in general. At this moment crypto is actually hurting the gaming industry because of the high prices of GPUs. More people are turning to consoles and the games that are generating most of the money are PC based ones. MMORPGs and FPSs are best played on PC.
Gaming isn't limited to PCs though so your argument is only partly correct. It would be more accurate to say cryptocurrencies are having a negative impact of the PC market due to the increasing prices of GPUs. I agree and think the gaining industry will create quite a bit of wealth from the launching of new mineable coins that will be used in games.
That's a thought. I can imagine a few MMORPGs trying this out in the future. Integrating their own cryptocurrency which will both act within the game, and an investment outside of it.

MMORPGs are in desperate need to reinvent themselves or the market will eventually weaken even more! I've seen some private and independent servers trying it out (not with crypto tho). I believe in the future this is going to be a feature at least with some gaming genres!

I belive it will happen. And i think it will faster then we tough. Those indication already exist. As long as i know, those concept already exist in Asura, Wax & Digibyte. Also there's a new coins that have a same concepts. I see those concept in new coins called Revolux. If those gamer's using their PC for mining crypto. I think it will not happen. they are very chatty about latency, image quality and fps. And if those 3 thing affect their gameplay. I guarantee, they became crazy I think, those coins will be developed with a concept as POS coin's.

The gaming industry will definitely boost some coins in the future. I don't think BTC will be part of that nor will mining while playing games be big as the amounts are too small. there are several projets which reward through playing games ( such as refereum ) so this crypto integration is already happening. One project which looks very interesting is open platform who are gaining partnerships with gaming. They create a bridge between the user and the game developer and make it easy to add a crypto function (payment or reward) to an app or a game.

Gaming industry is already trialling crypto. There are quite a few startups out there who are trying to use its copying resistant ability as a means to provide copyprotection on games (since you can't copy the coin without a 51% attack, pirates would need more resources than the gaming company), and if you can't play the game without the token, well there you are.

Agree but not with your mining example. Also maybe one of, I think financial sector can be a big ally also. ethereums dapps games for instance, are currently a really exciting area of both gaming and blockchain technology.

Future games would be nice to play with the idea of cryptocurrency, Play and earn. Not like games this days developers are the Only one who gets rich, local players spend lots of money everyday. So it is not give and take, players always give, developers always take.

Cryptocurrency will be the future of gaming, yes. But it won't be bitcoin.... :/ The future of gaming and crypto in fact, i believe will be the tokenization of items, rather then the adoption of a currency for payments. Tokenization allow you to own the ingame items and do what you want with them: https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Non-Fungible_Tokens
