Edit: Ignore the post below. It was the other end of the transaction causing the problem, not bter.

I made a withdrawal hours ago, but 5 minutes later the bter website went offline and just displayed a message saying the severs were being upgraded.

I know cryptsy can take ages to send coins elsewhere, but I have no experience of bter.

Is it normal for bter to take a long time?
