Ok.

Avatar.
Website, too.

Is that really allowed? Shouldn't staff be a little more neutral? Or is that a way to pay them?

Well, you don't have bitcoin-central flashing links all over when you post. That's appreciated.

He is probably a mod on a local board, so it doesn't matter, if he was a global mod or mod of a big area then it be a problem. Otherwise he can't do much in terms of power.

I don't really see the problem, a lot of staff members advertise businesses. If they would personally recommend the business or service, I don't see why not put it in sig if they have the space. Cyrus is probably getting paid to have it in their sig, but that still shouldn't matter if they still like the site and would recommend it under normal circumstances, and even if not, as long as its not a currently known scam site that is going to steal someone's money, why not? Psy is a global moderator and has an advertisement in sig. Staff should be as neutral as possible in their moderation policies, but as far as what they decided to post on their profile, thats up to them in my opinion anyway.

I don't see what the problem is either. As long as the staff member is not getting bribed/being paid money by his sponsor to delete posts or influence something in a way, then it should be fine as long as it's not against the bitcointalk terms. If they spend a lot of time here they might as well get paid a little for the effort.

Staff members are normal people like us, so why they shouldn't get some cash for advertisment. They didn't use them forum rights to do more than normal user.
