I'm looking to buy either a complete mining rig for a good value, or a few Radeon 7990's. Everything I've been able to find lately has been ridiculously overpriced.

For the mining rig, I would be willing to pay roughly $500 per MH/s (scrypt), but I'm definitely willing to negotiate. For this, I don't care too much about card types.

For the 7990's, I'm ideally looking for about 900 per card, depending on manufacturer (Sapphire or MSI are preferred, but would accept others). Again, price is negotiable.

For both of these, I would prefer to use someone as an escrow account. For payment, I don't have any BTC or LTC, but if requested I can buy and then pay for it in them.

I have a few dual R9 290 miners running at 1.6M hash/s. Have 4 more currently in production.

Shipping will be expensive as it weight over 2 kg,  I am currently looking for a place to host the miner. Electricity cost will be at commercial rate.

Let me know if you are interested in buying contract (1 year) rather than buying miner.

Unfortunately I don't find the idea of a contract very interesting, I would much prefer to have a physical system.

How much would you be looking for per miner?

The system itself is around $1720 USD not including shipping.

Where do you live?

Hmm, ~$1700 is more than I'd be looking to spend for a system with that amount of power. My best offer for that would be around 1100, which I know would be very low for you.

Two R9 290 cards alone cost more than $850 if you can get a hold of that card at retail price.

Ebay going rate for each  R9 290 is around $550 to $650+ not including shipping.

If you know anyone selling at $1100, let me know as the return of investment for that machine would be 1-2 months mining litecoin.
