just looks like this whole coin is fucked up. I dont think its the pool's fault. When im mining solo all the blocks get rejected. Either im doing something wrong or this is just all fucked up

There no premine.  The premine was deleted in the 10.2 fork.

It maight be because of my settings. I get like 2.9 kh/s each cores. That means 17Kh/s if I am right.

when I paste setgenerate=true into the debug console I get Method not found (code -32601)
and I just type setgenerate true, I don't see an error but nothing tells me it's mining either

put the .conf file in %appdata%\Molecule, to check your mining stats type 'getmininginfo' in console

When it tells you nothing, it actually sets generate as true, ie you're mining already.
But I suggest you mine with minerd, you need to create molecule.conf and put it into wallet.dat location (C:\Users\USERNAME\Appdata\Roaming\Molecule)

They can be mined with both. This is a Quark clone so the GPU miner is Smelter (Dev takes % of each block). The best CPU miner is this one http://rghost.net/50555997
