That’s right, you read the title correctly. Bitcoin is missing one thing: a game. In this post, I will be updating the thread with developer updates throughout development, posting and keeping track of donors and rewards, and periodically sharing pictures and videos of actual gameplay. Keep in mind, this game is in its early stages and backing prices may go up if popularity rises.
If you have services to offer (ie. graphic design, marketing, etc) and would like to be a part of the development, please send me a PM with your portfolio and I will get back to you about the project. If I have missed anything in the post or you have any questions about the game just post and I will reply promptly!
Currently the game is not in alpha yet but it should be soon! I am looking for backers on the project to get some money for the website and various other costs. Below there is an extensive list of what you will receive for funding the game - it is not a donation but rather an investment because you WILL be receiving things for your contribution. Planned release date is sometime in March/April but backing the game will get you in earlier. The goal of this project is to have a game about Bitcoin funded completely with Bitcoins! I can't wait to work with you all to bring this to the public!
Game details:Players will start with a set amount of Bitcoins in their digital wallet. Every user gets the same amount and if the game is reset this is the amount that it will be reset to. It has not been decided if the Bitcoin market will utilize prices from actual sites but this will probably not be the case since having our own simulator will allow us to implement frequent random events and provide a fair high score board. Users will be in complete control of their Bitcoins, choosing when, how, and on what market they wish to sell them. In early versions of the game (ie. Alpha or Beta) there may only be one or two trading sites but this could change depending on feedback I receive. But a game with only buying or selling Bitcoins would be way too boring! Look below for a full list of features!

- Buy ASIC miners and GPU setups for mining Bitcoins
- Real hardware sold at real prices
- Possibly the ability to buy extra Bitcoins
- Always updated with new mining hardware as it is released
- Alternative coins may be implemented if there is demand
- Possibly real-world scenarios such as hackers etc
- Possibly new alternative coins developed and released during gameplay
- Totally randomized for every player and restart
