Cryptsy Ltc deposit has only 3 confirmations for almost 24 hours ,what's wrong

I deposit some LTC to Cryptsy yesterday, but there are only 3 confirmations till now, it's almost 24 hours. But the LTC explorer has over 600 confirmations(http://block-explorer.com/tx/e59f9a8ed3ff69de970d4940f93721d6090e3b12e9116340929a234e6289b6b8), does anyone has the same problem ?

Having same problem with another altcoin.
Over 700 confirms in my wallet, not to be found on Cryptsy.
Very annoying and stressing, since its a big chunk.
