Withdraw your Bela in Poloniex and swap it to ERC20 Bela at http://swapbela.com
Don't worry, you'll be guided with instructions there. It's legit too, as it was announced on Bela's Twitter account.

Take note that you can only swap until May 31st.

When did you do the swap?

Remember in the confirm and submit page, there's a TX ID given, have you checked the transaction? If not, please do so. If the receiving address is correct and the transaction went through, I think you should contact Bela team. I hope you saved a copy of that confirm and submit page (as stated) because you might need it as proof.

Oh, well that's good to know then.
ERC20 Bela can now be traded at ooobtc and coinexchange. For more updates, I suggest you to follow their twitter account because they are active posting news there about Listings, etc.

Do you have enough Eth in your wallet to pay for the Gas (transaction fee)? Remember that you should have atleast 0.01 Eth in your account to make a transaction. If you have less, add more first then proceed with the withdrawal.

Hi so I need 0.01 ETH to make the withdrawal? Isn't there a cheaper way as this fee is expensive.

No, you can't. If you're making an ERC-20 token transactions you'll pay in ETH.

Yes, you need at least that amount in your wallet to withdraw, but it doesn't mean that it ill be used all. The total TX fee depends on the amount of gas you'll use. Maybe this article could help you understand more: https://kb.myetherwallet.com/gas/error-insufficient-funds-message.html
