How to cancel an order on btc-8.com

How do I cancel a pending order on btc-8.com?
Does anyone know?

If you can't find the order when you scroll down on the trading screen, then click on finances and you will see a link to orders in the currency section that you made you order in. Click on that it opens a new page and you hit the cancel button.

I'm having trouble with www.btc-8.com. This is the exchange that has apple coins listed. The info above on how to cancel looks like its for www.btcltc.com . There is no "finances" button on btc-8.com but there is on btcltc.com.  A word of warning though, I have tried to transfer 3000 odd apple coins from btc-8.com back to my wallet but nothing turned up. The don't give a TID so I cant track it and they wont answer any emails. Seems like yet another China exchange to avoid......

I have put a withdrawal order since yesterday, it's still pending...

If you can hit the withdraw button then I would suggest doing so, it should come back. Once the coins have gone and there is no longer an option to cancel the withdraw then that's when I lost mine. Still no coins turned up in my wallet and they still wont reply to emails.  I would avoid this exchange at all costs.
