https://bitmarket.eu/market/USD

Someone is buying on Bitmarket for way overprice today. Look at the bottom for the transactions in the last 24 hours.
Oh my gosh, will someone reverse all those payments and get the money back?
Is there anything we can do to stop him?

I sold on that site in the beginning and never had a problem, but mine was just listed as a higher price. I didn't think it would sell. But he just made the purchase and paid the money.

I'm going to contact Bitmarket

The crazy thing is I've been scammed twice with paypal from selling coins on bitmarket and not only did bitmarket have to verify those people but one of them was paypal verified. So it shouldn't be too hard to track these people down. I hope bitmarket can at least mark whatever credibility they have (ebay account etc) with a negative rating or convince them to give the money back.

Volume in our EUR exchange intersango.com is slowly picking up. It's a trading platform just like Britcoin.co.uk. Same guys behind it, solid history. Never hacked.

Also people should petition bitmarket to not hook up paypal to BTC transfers. We're way past the point where it's ethical to even recommend that.

Good:
use an escrow or another 3rd. party system. Or insist that you receive and move your money first.

Better:
Check up on the person you are considering doing business with.
What is their real name and home address? Tell them you want to talk on their home phone first. Couldn't find it? Then don't do the deal.

Best:
Never use PayPal. Even with the temptation of a high price.
