Serious Problem after setting up my mining Rigs - WILL REWARD IF SOMEONE SOLVES!

Hi,

im currently running 3 minning Rigs for Litecoins and i think i never get back what i should get. According to my calculations i should be rewarded with 0,03 ltc each hour when mining with 1900kh/s. But i didnt  .. here is how i tested.

1. I setup a new account at give-me-coins.com
2. i started to mine at 21:20 Saturday and stopped at 23:30 ... so a little more then 2 hours
3. i used 2 of my rigs producing (1 x 7950 - 700khs/s + 2 x 7950 - 600kh/s) so a total mining power of ~1900 kh/s, these dont have any hardware errors ...

example of the 7950 producing ~700kh/s

4. After 2 Hourse i stopped mining for this new account
5. First strange thing, my account only showed a mining power of 1200kh/s .. after asking in the irc chat, i was told this would be normal and i only should care what cgminer show me.
5. I waited 24 hourse and looked at my account balance .. but i got only 0,02 ltc ...

I then tought .. ok ... maybe there is something wrong with the 7950 cards ... and tested with my third rig (2 x 280x - ~1400kh/s) this should be producing 0.48 LTC per day. But again, it didnt ....

Here is a chart showing that it produced a steady 1400kh/s, even more, but lets calculate with 1400kh/s
Again, i setup a new account for this but tested 24 hours this time ...

Again, none of the cards shows hardare errors or a lot of rejects ....

If anyone can solve this issue .. i will reward with atleast 1 Litecoin

You need to do it for more than 2 hours.
In some hours no blocks are found, in others 10 mght be.

If you look at this page https://give-me-coins.com/pool/block_stats you can see the varience in time taken to find blocks.
On this page you can see how many blocks were found per hour..

The hash rate on give me coins dos bounce all over the place not sure if this is to do with vardiff, but I find that the average over say a day is pretty much what my rigs are doing, but sometimes it'll say <3Mh/s, then others >6Mh/s. where the daily average is somewhere in the middle.

I'm no expert, but some pools seem well dodgy, give me coins seems ok to me.  I generally mine feather coin there and get what I expect.

thank you for your reply. After my 2 Hour Test i did a 24 Hour test, and i also didnt get what i should. Also i if take a look at https://give-me-coins.com/pool/block_stats i can see that a block is found all ~20 minutes ... not that big of a varience in time for me.

Sorry, but i still think i have a diffrent problem. I now tried with a diffrent pool, but still .. same thing, here are screenshot of my cgminer windows, maybe someone can see something i dont.
