Pool theblocksfactory problem.

Hello!

Do anybody use theblocksfactory com as mining pool ?

I use it to mine WDC and HBN, but i have a problem.

I register 2 times there.
i create Login1 for WDC.theblocksfactory com for mining WDC
then after several days i create another login for HBN (becouse when i tryed to login at hbn.theblocksfactory it's show me error - wrong password)
so i create login2, for hbn.theblockfactory...

after several days, i reboot my pc, and tryed to login to the WDC.theblockfactory, -- and i can't do it.

so i enter to forgot password, enter email and pin, but i got an error

"Unknown error while retrieving credentials. Please contact Support.", the are no support information on the site, but it has a link to this forum and big topik about the pool.
i cant write there in that topic becouse i'm newbe here.

login1 and login2 have the same e-mail in the contacts. I think it is a reson of an error.
