I would have said yes last night but I just woke up and it looks like BTC slid down about $100 overnight.  I could ship to Thailand for about 0.4BTC now.

That shipping fee is even more expensive than the phone? Unless you are using Fedex/UPS/DHL i don't see why the price is even higher than 0.04... (assuming that the shipping price you said is 25$)
