I've got an order in for 2 TerraMiner's (One for january delivery, one for feb).

But since I've got the order in, all I got was a receipt, and all my other emails have been ignored.

Does anyone have any experience on how long until they received a reply from them?

All these biggie miner manufacturers are the same, they take mass orders and never ship the products.  Undecided
Don't they have any contact number that you can call

I'll have to try some of the numbers, Its just an issue with the time zones, I'll have to do that, just wondering how quickly others have got a reply.

My previous order with butterfly labs was brilliant, excellent service and order arrived when expected!.. although in the run up they also had a lack of communication...

I placed an order with Cointerra a couple weeks ago, it took them about 5 days to acknowledge my purchase and they had put it on the wrong order (had 2 orders with them and they applied it to a later order when i wanted it applied to an earlier batch that was sold out) and I emailed them and they fixed it right away within a day or two and were very polite.  I tried calling them about 20 times one day but never could get through, I'm sure they are swamped right now.

yes, thats what I thought, maybe there just real busy, I'll give them a few more days before blowing my head!

I spent over $6000 USD!.. They should at least prioritize customers above queries surely!

They have been semi active on the forums (forget which thread) but they basically say we have a ridiculous amount of orders coming through and everything is backed up about a week on the communication end so try to be patient, which believe me I know, I am in for the same 6k so it is impossible.
Also the last thing i read (a week ago or so) said everything was on schedule so far, but I don't think that means anything just damage control, if they were behind schedule on the production side they would say the same thing.  Hopefully it's true!

If you use the forum "search" function you'll find some threads discussing the subject. https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=search
