Got some nice feedback in another thread, just wanted to quote it in the official thread. If anyone has any questions or concerns about MooPool.com please don't hesitate to ask us! Mined for 12 hours and got CSC 4,49, 1265/1266 accepted. gtx260 hashing at 35.3 Kh/s with q6600@3.0.
Wonderful! Everybody try this pool, it works like a charm.

Are we going to talk about what happened last night? The web server software showed that its entire contents were deleted. Once the site was back up, the dashboard clearly showed that the entire CSC blockchain was being redownloaded, suggesting that the entire server, not just the web frontend, had been wiped. What caused this?

Sorry about the short downtime. We did a server migration early this morning. It was supposed to be seamless but somehow the block chain got corrupted and we had to re-download it. Everything should be running fine now though.

Kick-ass pool you've got going here.

Hi I'm a new user to the pool and was wondering if there is a problem or is this normal: Round Shares Submitted shares since last found block (ie. round shares) Est. Shares 6015 (done: 3659.77%) Hello, What you're referring to is a minor bug we experienced today while adding DogeCoin to MooPool. Basically payments got backed up and while we were still mining properly. The done % thought we were on the some block while waiting on the payments. We fixed the bug, and everyone has been automatically paid out their delayed earnings. We apologize for the delayed payout and thank you for mining with us!

Hi I noticed that for the past 4 hours my confirmed and unconfirmed have been at 0. It did an auto payout 4 hours ago but nothing is going in since then. I calculated that I should have approx 450 CSC in that time. Anything wrong? Ive usually found your pool to be quite reliable.

Same here. Looks like the PPLNS shares are not registering on blocks.

Same here. Looks like the PPLNS shares are not registering on blocks. We had another block hang early this morning but have since repaired the block. Users should have been paid their delayed earnings by now. Are you still experiencing issues or is this the problem you're referring to? We are working as fast as possible to figure out why blocks hang. Hoping to have a Perma fix soon. Thanks for bearing with us, we're hoping new new platform under development won't have these issues. Edit* Payouts may still be hung up even after we fixed the block. The CSC is there looking for a fix to get payouts rolling again. Reports on currently receiving payouts or not will help. We sincerely apologize for the few bugs we've experienced as of late. This open source platform like to fight us, working to fix asap so we can get back to developing our own platform. Edit2* Ok yeah it seems like payouts are still hung up. Again rest assured the CSC is in the pool wallet and we are working on a fix. Sincere apologies for the bugs as of late, will keep everyone updated.

We've found the corrupted block causing the issue and learned how to quickly (if not automatically) solve the problem in the future. Everyone is being paid out the backed up coins now. Thanks you all sincerely for bearing with us, we apologize again for the delays!

We have decided to drop the pool tax to 0% for 24 hours as a thanks for bearing with us through the past bugs.
We now know how to code a patch for the issue we've been dealing with, and are working on getting it implemented.
Thanks again everyone!

I am currently auditing the database so I can figure out who is missing coins and who was overpaid. This process may take some times (but less than a day). You can expedite the process by sending me the following by Skype or Email (SirSavary or moopoolmining@gmail.com): - Your username on MooPool - Your CasinoCoin address that you set on MooPool - How many coins you think you had (rough estimate, please do not inflate the amount, I will know if you are lying) - A screenshot of your wallet balance and transaction history (I'm still collecting data related to the bug)
