few dings / dents / scratches etc on metal case, doesn't show up when its in the case
always had screen protector, but now needs one. no scratches to screen
includes original box ... includes the cover, it is original apple brand (also includes the box for the cover)
usb cord included isn't original apple, that one broke and i had to get an aftermarket one
wall charger is aftermarket too, my doge chewed it up
