From the proofofstakepools website:

"CAUTION The minimum block size for deposit of Thunderstake is 1,000. Any deposit smaller than 1,000 will be considered a donation to the website. The bonus coin for Thunderstake staking will be the Mining Partners Token (MPT). It is an ERC20 token traded on the decentralized platform (ForkDelta). To trade and transfer this token you will need to create an Ethereum wallet thru (MyEtherWallet, or MetaMask)."

No minimum amount to start staking.  Once you have coins in your QT wallet, you will automatically start receiving rewards.  It isn't like a MasterNode where you have to lock your coins.

The schedule is written in the 1st post here: 900% APR + 10% Superblock with 1800% APR.
The superblocks are every block where the block number dividable by 10, so 10% of the blocks are this superblocks with double APR!
