Or is it the other way around, where price movement dictates the headlines?

The masterluc, a popular analyst in this forum, said that price dictates the headlines.  He has made some bold predictions, and when he gets it right he looks like a master, but he has also gotten some things severely incorrect.

The headlines a meaningless its how poeple act on them that matters

say you've heard about bitcoin, looked into it, liked it, but didn't want to buy bitcoin because you thought " its in a bubble right now, i missed the boat, bla bla bla"

then you read a headline that says " BITCOIN IS DEAD, its lost 30% of its value and is dropping fast", you find it hard to blieve bitcoin is dead, but you dont give a shit because you don't own any.

next time you see your friend, he tells you bitcoin is now down 50% from its high and he has started buying back in like a boss.

what do you do?

Though the press do go over the same rubbish over and over, I think it is gradually engraining Bitcoin into the mainstream.
Soon people won't think of it as kooky and for computer nerds, instead they will notice the problems with offline money and see the advantages of BTC

unless they are major like USA adopts bitocoin, scraps USD

The mainstream media conducts an increase in the BTC's value (or skyrocket ) the most of the time.
