haha frankly there's no use of faucets for long term purpose. Its good though for trying-experimentin how bitcoin transactions works for newbie bitcoinera.

Do these faucet sites really work? A few days ago I tried visiting one (don't remember which) and my malware program blocked it as potentially malicious. I'm all for getting some free coin but not at the risk of my pc.

They work, not all of them are good sites...but all of them just give tiny tiny amounts of btc. Better try some other way...and most of all don't sign up through this guys refferal links, unless you really want to.

- especially these ones -

you dont make bitcoins very fast but over a week or so it builds up slowly
there are a lot of scammers and negative people wherever currencies are available

Look, no, i don't have anything against refferal links. What i hate are guys like you who post their links and don't mention it's a refferal, like you're trying to hide something. Post your link and say: "people sign through this, it's a refferal, i'll earn something and you'll earn something"...be honest, fair. Otherwise just post links to sites without your refferal...
