You sure you checked it correctly? You could open a topic so everything should be working.
Just wait for a moderator to reply to provide some more info.

Only started working after I created this topic. Before, even in this forum, after clicking post I got "You already submitted this post 45 seconds ago" every time. But nothing showed up. Anyway its working now Smiley

Read this thread: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=177133.0  to see if you already past the first requirements (360 second limit), but yes, it also seems to be some sort of glitch in the system (database connection errors) that comes and goes..
