It seems to me that someone is trying to keep its price near 0.001-0.0012 - maybe to buy more or something else. I doubt that miners are dumping several thousands per order at such price now.

I really think that no one will sell you at prices that are lower than current BTEr prices, but of course you can try.

BTW dumpers broke practically all buy walls, only ~1 BTC remains to 0.0009 BTC/DTC. Let our investors to buy more at cheaper prices and then drive the price up and up

Of course no - look at whole crypto market at the moment, even on Bitcoin to USD and , for example, Quark to Bitcoin. I seemed exactly the same situation a week ago: Bitcoin falls to USD, all coins fall to BTC, then BTC rises, altcoins rise. Iterate N times.
I sold some DTC at 0.0011-0.002... so do you understand, right? I did some BTC on that situation a week ago, and hopefully it will be repeated
