Looks like those 6950's can have the shaders unlocked after all!

http://www.techpowerup.com/downloads/1962/TechPowerUp_Radeon_Bios_Editor_v1.28.html
"use RBE to modify your existing BIOS. Save the BIOS from your card, load it into RBE, enable the shader unlock option on the last tab, then flash that modified BIOS to the card instead of the one downloaded from this page."

Its just an asking price, sheesh. I'm not expecting to get that much for it. also, good luck with those 680's, with only 1.5gb of ram. lower max TDP, and small improvements elsewhere Roll Eyes Oh yeah, And reference coolers. And Hard to Find! And where will you get this unreleased(and unpriced) Ivy Bridge chipset mobo and CPU?

gtx 680s have 2GB VRAM

regardless of IVY bridge.

Can use 2600k + good mobo and still have cash left over

btw I'm just following the trend of traders on this forum. They all "criticize" other people's threads.

Someone can't read and/or is trolling. That's not a hex core, Those HDD's aren't new, and probably aren't SATA III , Your Ram isn't CL6, Thats CL9. If you're selling your engineering license of Win 7, You're violating the terms of your license, same for EDU. That case is only Full ATX, with 7 expansion slots. You're still lacking $150 of Fans and the controller. Oh, and its not listed, but Mine also has a BD/DVD/CD combo reader+writer. You're also forgetting assembly And shipping costs.

Sorry, but running 5760x1080, Mine still stomps yours Roll Eyes

LOL! I never said I was selling it. I said people can build a MUCH MUCH better computer for $2100

My HDDs came new in sealed antistatic bag. It was unused with 0 hours on it. It wasn't even partitioned / formatted. And plus you don't even need SATA III for HDDs LOL! They were WD Green/Black 64MB drives btw
O ok BD? Np add $25 to it. Samsung BD Combo Writer from Newegg Openbox for $25. I can show invoice too.

For more info on the ram check out this thread for benchmarks etc.

http://www.overclock.net/t/1210482/amazon-samsung-2x4gb-low-voltage-ddr3-1600-kit-for-40-ocing-to-2200

My 5.0Ghz 2600k @ 1.45V will crush your "Hexa" core ROFL

4 cores 8 threads

yours is 6 "cores" 6 threads

ok you can switch out the phantom for the lanboy air. My roomate got his for $60 NEW on newegg few months back so I will save even more

Alright I will stop here, you CANNOT compare your 580s to 680

ONE 680 will crush 2 580s in SLI. Go see benchmarks. 680s are ridiculous for OC.

You have no idea what you're talking about. Lmao  Roll Eyes

And what fan controller? You didn't even say roft. Model of fans?
