guiminer problem

I did solomining last night and it worked like always before, now i started it again ( did not change anything )  but now it goes up the normal hashrate, after 4-5 seconds it drops down from 250 mh/s to  ~30 kh/s, then it moves up again, down again and so on 

All hashes are shown as an error in console....   5(5)  as example

What the hell?
