For that price, only the 280x (last one) and you're taking risks. The 270x's and 7870 aren't worth more than 120-130€ for mining

SVGA Sapphire R9 280X 3GB GDDR5 PCI-E DVI-I / DVI-D / HDMI / DP DUAL-X OC VERSION (UEFI) 11221-00-20G

This will be your best bet among the ones you have listed. It is basically the newer version of the 7970, you can expect somewhere around 700-750 kHash/sec with a power draw of about 300 watts.

If you can get the 280x card soon you should be ok. I just did a calculation on CoinWarz using 720kHash at 350 watts draw (included MB and CPU) with $0.12 Watt/hr power cost and it shows the following daily profits of various scrypt coins:

LTC - $6.12   ~50 day payback
WDC - $8.27  ~ 37 day payback
MEC - $8.31  ~ 36 day payback

Paybacks were based on $300 a card (common in the US), you will need to convert using what you can buy it for of course.

You will obviously need to do your own calculations on the profitability with your own figures, and account for falling prices, but there is still a pretty good opportunity.

I agree the other cards are not worth considering at this point.

I went for the one you suggested thanks.

I had in fact ordered a 7950 at that price. They cancelled the order for not very clear "the producer not ship it anymore" reasons.

Core Clock: 1050 MHz
Memory Clock: 1500 MHz
Thread concurrency: 8192
GPU threads: 2
Worksize: 256
Intensity: 13

Best setting I have found so far. With Core Clock 1070 MHz, I get 751 kh/s but temps are a bit high.
