For hardware applications it would be nice to have SD cards you pop in and out - that's how you change priv keys that are active in said black box. Coins paid to/sent from the card, bada bing bada boom.

Suppose the client is running on the device.  Then I guess its trivial - wallet.dat is the only file on the SD card.  

But what about plug and play client+wallet on an SD card?  is it possible?  

In the latter case, you could pop in a litecoin card.  Like a nintendo-DS, this thing would be a coin machine sending and receiving coins depending on what cartridge you put in.
