Which one to choose BITCOIN or ALTCOIN ??

If you are new then just choose Bitcoin, it's more stable to be used for short term or long term investment, if you want to invest in alt choose eth, by far these two coins is the strongest coins, some of the alt maybe can give you more profit, but other alt contains big risk of losing money

I think there is always good alternatives to bitcoin. But on the other hand, I think you shouldn't forget that, ethereum is the strobgest coin of the crypto.

I can't see that there's a point of telling that these people are greedy. We're in a market where you depends your profit in the future. It's not wrong to say both.

I dont know why this is an issue to you, others can't pick only one and they are reasoning why they want to choose both.

I am very new to cryptocurrency. Just want to know which from these two bitcoin and altcoin should i do invest for a short time period say three to four months , waiting for your expert advices

if I were in your shoes, I will choose both because put eggs in one basket is risky, I will invest 40% in Bitcoin and 60% in some altcoins at least I will choose min.8 of the top 50 altcoins in CMC

If you're extremely new to the space, I would say just get into bitcoin and research the market as much as you possibly can.
