Hi I'm new to bitcoin and Is there anyone willing to exchange bitcoins for cash via paypal?
I tryed coinpal but it requires a verified account which I do not have  Undecided

You'll not likely get anyone taking you up on paypal, it's too risky because of chargebacks.

I expect someone will sell you bitcoins for PayPal if you're willing for the seller to leave the coins in escrow for six months while the PayPal payment matures.

Yes, this is pretty much your only option. Actually it's a form of speculation, as the price of bitcoins could change a lot during that time. Isn't this a kind of bitcoin USD futures contract?
