I did not consider we were mining namecoins, I don't know how long it takes to have 120 confirms on namecoin blockchain.

It's on the Page. No, the Bonus shares have been used. But I am pretty sure he will do another promotion soon.

Do not use the forums to request a Payout. Use the Live-Help Button or drop a Mail to btcmining [A T] ideal-hosting.biz
The payout system will be automated soon anyway, as far as I know.

Where it is in first page of site, i took picture and there were not any info? This is smelling like scam without intention to pay. They said they got 30BTC to pay, so why there is waiting time for payouts? Also if "A" has been online here he knows this and is avoiding this fact?

Fact2: Their homepages first page says nothing that its over (news section)
Fact3: So if you make only miners and dont seek for round history page where we have only info "   Promo shares left:   -493.352" means that they intentionally.

In other words, its time to payout ASAP and MAKE NEWS OFFIALLY HERE and in their own news section (firstpage). It also seems that there are not many miner anymore than "A" himself.
