I'm not sure what you're saying, I'm not sure that crypto currencies are a good place to invest. especially if they have to sell the property they have to bet on crypto currencies.
if that really happened, then they were indeed made crazy by the crypto currency.

I assume one of the big factor that attract them is making huge profit then follow by the fact that crypto is not like our fiat where there is no 3rd party involve in the transaction at all.

Because everyone was amazed by the fantastic increase in the price of bitcoin, so everyone competed to participate and hoped to get a lot of profits. But in investment there must be ups and downs and risks that must be faced. Not necessarily the price will continue to rise so that we can profit in abundance. By leaving the main job and selling property owned and hoping to get rich quick. So it's okay to participate but don't leave the main job you have.

The crypto market made people (small part in human society, because there are still insignificant crypto investors) went crazy at least two times.
First one occured in 2013.
Second one occured in 2017.
So, will you think that we might see the third one?

If bitcoin can not hit its new all time high next months or years, it will make people go to crazy if bitcoin fall to nearly zero, or be a dead one.
There are so many fraud accusation on bitcoin, and dead declaration on bitcoin, but by now, bitcoin has been here, survived well, not dead, and it might have a bright future to come, instead of fraud and dead.

Good and safe? i don't see the safe side... Maybe blockchain is a safe technology but those one who uses bitcoins are in constant risk, they can be hacked and the markets can crash at any moment, those two factors make from the coin a risk invest, but remember, high risk can bring high profit.
