I just created two scrypt mining rigs using Sapphire 7950s.  I am using CGMiner 3.5 with CGWatcher.  One is working perfectly fine but the other one freezes just a few minutes into mining.  Both are pretty much the same configuration so I can't figure out what is the problem.  Here is my configuration:

"intensity" : "19,19",
"vectors" : "1,1",
"worksize" : "256,256",
"lookup-gap" : "2,2",
"thread-concurrency" : "24000,24000",
"shaders" : "1792,1792",

"gpu-engine" : "1130,1130",
"gpu-fan" : "40-100,40-100",
"gpu-memclock" : "1450,1450",
"gpu-powertune" : "20,20",
"temp-cutoff" : "99,99",
"temp-overheat" : "95,95",
"temp-target" : "80,80",

"auto-fan" : true,
"auto-gpu" : true,
"expiry" : "120",
"failover-only" : true,
"gpu-threads" : "1",

"log" : "5",
"queue" : "1",
"scan-time" : "60",
"temp-hysteresis" : "3",

"scrypt" : true,
"kernel" : "scrypt",
"kernel-path" : "/usr/local/bin"

Can someone help?

drop the gpu mem ans gpu core down to stock and the intensity down to 18 and get them stable then slowly work up to a higher stable overclock. gpus cant all be overclocked the same each one is unique and needs its own settings

Please confirm that you meant GPU engine and memclock.

What do you consider a stock setting for each?  And what increments shall I go up?

It is weird because it was working fine for days with no HW errors or anything.  Then today it started freezing...

Note: I just got an error stating that cgwatcher failed to start and initialize APIs.  Hmmm..

I changed cgminer to 3.7 and used the same settings to test it out.  The computer is no longer freezing but it only recognizes one of the video cards instead of two.  Earlier today I thought I smelled burnt plastic but could not find where it was coming from.  Is it possible that one of the video cards got fried?  I just bought the darn thing though.

ok, so I am testing out a few things.  I am trying one video card and then the other.  Now it isn't freezing but my cgminer keeps saying that I found blocks...over and over again.  And when I check the website, my worker isn't even active.  So weird...would appreciate any help.

Now I can't get the computer or miner to recognize two GPUs.  I tried a different one in case i fried one but it still did not work.
