Yes, so far this year bitcoin has reached 20000$, the peak reached at the end of 2017 to around 19000+-, it is probably due to the fact that the whole cryptocurrency market capitalization which reached the maximum of about 700 billion stopped of investors-the bulls who saw in the period of the suspension of the demand for coins, plus a reduction in the number of transactions, which was the signal for a mass selling. If you look at the graph, you can see that such a massive profit taking in the last 5 years occurred at least 2 times a year. The next fixation of profit in my opinion should happen at the end of this year at around$ 25,000, but this is real, but only if States go to the loyal regulation of the cryptocurrency market.

Bitcoin for me is exclusively long-distance investment. I don't wait anything from it neither this year nor the next year, but I am totally sure that its price will grow in future. So just wait anв hope, and certainly don't invest any money that you are afraid to lose

Don't expect a price that is beyond to its limit when Bitcoin now is already struggling to reach or even pass at $10k resistance. You better be hoping that Bitcoin will continue rise slowly rather than hoping a quick gain within such a small amount of time. Everyone has it's own time to shine, so you better wait for it because once you rush onto something without a proper plans, you might end up losing and going back to start it all over again. |

I think you are recently interested in cryptocurrency. A year ago there was a similar situation. Now everyone is waiting for events after the cool conference may 14. After that there should be growth of cryptocurrencies. |

We do not understand where are going to bitcoin ? how so where bitcoin is going? you should know that the price increases if there is a lot of demand and the price falls if there is not much demand and if we have bad news the price also drops last few weak bitcoin again up to near 10000$ but today bitcoin down and its already gone under 9000$ . So i think bitcoin never reached 20000$ this year .What are u option about it please explain?
you say: never saying this can be a big mistake, because you can not be absolutely sure that the price of bitcoin can not reach $ 20,000 this year. You must calm down and you must be an optimistic. |

$20,000 is probably unlikely in 2018 now but have some patience man. We’ll likely see north of $30,000/$40,000 6 months or so after ghe next halving in 2020.
Why is everybody always so desperate for huge gains immediately?
Nothing good ever comes easily.
I agree because nothing is easy money we can get there just more patience and enjoy your journey in crypto before the rockets up. As long that you earn in what you invest in crypto I think its enough and wait until bitcoin get recover and pump again. |

Why not, the journey of 2018 is still long, I think it will give time for bitcoin to reach 20k. I believe bitcoin will achieve that value, and I hold what I believe. |

I think you are recently interested in cryptocurrency. A year ago there was a similar situation. Now everyone is waiting for events after the cool conference may 14. After that there should be growth of cryptocurrencies. Last year we faced the same situation in the market, everything we need patience here but one thing you need to remember, this year if Bitcoin cannot reach to more than $20k. Maybe next year it is possible for Bitcoin to increase it's price even higher value. |

Who really knows if bitcoin will or will not reach 20K USD this year again? It's about your faith whether you will believe that bitcoin will rise again and that this year will be much better than the bitcoin we have seen/witnessed last year.

Yes maybe you're right, bitcoin will not reach $ 20,000 this year. I'm sure this year the bitcoin price will increase but not reach $ 20,000, maybe around $ 17,000 because I'm sure there will be some correction. But nobody knows because bitcoin is very fluctuating and bitcoin always makes a surprise, so anything can happen.

Probably it is very tough for bitcoin bitcoin in the year to reach 20000 usd. I will suggest you to keep some patience and wait for some time beacuse the price of bitcoin will rise very soon.

No one knows for sure the future of bitcoin. Not necessarily the current low price being the reason the bitcoin can not to increase? I think bitcoin can reach 20k this year. |

It is the second quarter of 2018 and still half of the year remaining. And situation can be changed anytime within a few days. So it is not so unnatural to reach at $20k. But future is uncertain. So let's hope for the best.

There is such a chance still. Every year BTC breaks new record, but this time market probably needs stability. I don't see it as a decline and bad thing. More projects will be realised, more value the coin will have in future

BTC value has not gone up which is why many say it will not go up to 20K this year even penetrate 10K just really hard for it,well it's a short thinking in my opinion that BTC value is still very far even for this year alone is still about half a year more true people say here.myself can see BTC can go up 1K in one day and that's really big potential.
