I do not like when the government makes attempts to control the crypto currency. It seems to me that this contradicts the anonymity of the crypto currency.

I think not all countries will kill or weaken cryptocurrency, I see some countries are very supportive and follow to adopt technology blockhain and cryptocurrency
When in my opinion it is not dropped but only prove if more and more countries are interested in the cryptocurrency and want to use them as one transaction tools

Some governments are starting to embrace blockchain and cryptocurrencies and others are literally closing the doors to this technology. Do you think governments will continue to fight back against cryptocurrencies and decentralization?

It is hard to say that whether all the government will come to the same page or not. See, blockchain is something which is decentralised and it doesn't belong to any single country. If someday we want to make it connected in the whole world like the internet does today then we will need all the government talking about the blockchain in positive ways and be on the same page at the same time! Then only that mega change can come along the way.

Government has many things to sort out in the nation than just focusing on the blockchain and crypto currencies which are literally in the infancy stage right now. So my guess is that it could be time consuming process!

I do not think that the govermant is going to kill the crypto currency, it's more likely to just slow down its growth.
Goverment  wants to understand the opportunities and dangers of this technology, but like any bureaucracy does not act very quickly and confidently. Although of course there are countries that think they will be able to kill the crypt, but if the largest countries like US, EU, China, India will somehow interact with the technology,  then eventually join even those countries where the crypto currency is prohibited.

Governments can never kill cryptocurrency but what I know they can do is to regulate it. They can bring regulations to make sure they make it safer for their citizens (that's what they think though!). Anyways crypto is the new Tech and we're here to stay so let us hope for a better future

The only thing that Government can do to cryptocurrency is to regulate it. I doubt they could kill the innovation. Some first world country country embracing already the technology inlcuding Dubai and Malta. And this is no stopping at all, it is the new face of internet.

Because of the greatness of the technology and the money you can get from it either individuals or institutions, cryptos are being adopted. Governments are taking profit from it because there are taxes on earnings.

Although cryptocurrency is an independent thing, not controlled by the government or anyone. But if you notice, North Korean news or South Korean government policy has made Bitcoins prices change dramatically. The government can't kill completely cryptocurrency. But they can make its price worse. That is enough to make people no longer interested in it.

Another hypothesis, the government will create their own "RIPPLE". They will use the competition to defeat the cryptocurrency.

We cannot blame them because they don't know how to control this new evolution of technology, I think government has a true power to stop crypto currencies because there are some countries that bitcoin is banned so probably they can also ban the other crypto if they want but people always find ways to get benefit on it. So for now I always used this chance because we never know what will the government plan to stop this crypto.

The state institute can not kill technology. Not one, so another will support. Moreover, as already said, the states try to introduce or invent their own cryptocurrencies.

They need to legalize bitcoin and all the cryptocurrencies, so that they can profit from this. They can never forbid them.

I think this would not happen, because the worldwide crypto community is already strong to do some crazy shit if so.

In my opinion, the state should not prohibit the crypto currency. For the state there are a lot of advantages from the crypto currency, they can improve their economy, remove many problems in management, can solve the issue of corruption.

If they somehow benefit from  it and people don't go unfollowing the laws on money laundering, I dont think they will hinder it.

Always remember to pay taxes boys! Cheesy You and your country will surely benefit from it anyways!
I think government hinders to adapt cryptocurrency is because A ban on Bitcoin is difficult to enforce..Governments can ban Bitcoin, but the ban cannot be very effective. So, typically, they use other means to discourage Bitcoin ownership and trading.Governments are not able to tract payments in bitcoins as anybody with out a proper identification can open up an account and make the transaction. Reason is simple, when our government looks at bitcoins, they are incapable of tracing any person or company holding responsibility for Bitcoin not only in their jurisdiction, but in the entire planet!and they think that bitcoin or cryptocurrency are use in fraud, money laundering scam and they can't trace it... Maybe these are some of reasons why government didn't adapt cryptocurrency that fast

I do not think the government can kill the cryptocurrency. Some governments may issue regulations to prevent us from trading Bitcoins, but Bitcoins are very popular, not all governments banned. Bitcoin is a new currency, which gives us many benefits, in the future Bitcoin will continue to grow and I believe its price will go to the moon a few days. I hope that in the future there will be more governments accepting and using Bitcoin.

In my personal opinion, killing the cryptocurrency is very difficult, even done by the government that against the crypto. A country consists of so many different people. In some banned-crypto by the government, there are also still many people who are involved in crypto. Moreover, crypto is now growing very well with its different and renewable concept. Many investors have interested in it. So, it may be very difficult to kill the crypto.

The countries that ban cryptos are only part few of the countries in the world. Many countries are also accepting the crypto. For the next era, Crypto is considered as one of the biggest transaction and investment model or system to renew the financial method and work together with them. I don't think that the countries and its government can kill crypto.
