Any of you have used bitpay

How does bitpay give you USD do they do a transfer ?  If it works I am thinking in going to the dealer ships that sell cars and convince them to accept bitcoins .

I am sure people will accept more it if they can exchange it quick .

What are your thoughts on how i can make a lil bit out of it . maybe i can be a cars sales men on commision for bitcoins and do the exchange for that company .
