CryptoMXR is a simple Bitcoin mixing service.


How long will it take to get a payout after a deposit?
As we have several separate Bitcoin nodes that are kept completely apart, a withdraw will only happen once another server has the available balance to payout. You may contact us should this process take to long for your liking, though you will receive unmixed coins in return.

How are payouts decided?
For the most part, first come, first serve rules will apply as coins are available to payout the user's entire balance. That said, we will decide on how to release funds to our users in the best way possible to limit hold ups.

What security measures are in place?
We have several separate servers with minimal access and strict firewall rules as well as anti-bruteforcing measures. Our bitcoin servers are not accessible outside of our network. Be sure there is an SSL connection to our website before submitting any information.

Is CryptoMXR available on the TOR network?
Of course you may connect to us over TOR, however as of now we do not currently offer a TOR hidden service. We may reevaluate this decision later on.
