One post per 360 second limit

Hi.  I would like to start posting.  The lower time is great.

I know it is there to prevent spam, but it should be something lower...

I think that if you spend a couple of weeks posting once or twice a day. You will get that lower time per post.

I have read the post above that the limit will be down to 75seconds after 15 activity.
But still, it is really annoying as a newbie
