Well, maybe for you guys that are adding additional hashrate to their farms it may not make sense at 4.25 but for someone who is simply swapping hashrate with that from more power efficient hardware (like these) it makes perfect sense. I already a liability that was not fully paid off (BFL hardware, avalon batch 2) so I'm just carrying the "debt" sort of speak.

Hoping sushi wakes up soon so I can put in another order.

Since this is a group buy, I can't apply Bitmai's Auction discount.  I will ask in the future!

doe shte 'current owner' discount replace, or add to, the credit of 0.1BTC for each anminer purchased - or does that apply only to bitmain auctions?

I'm sorry.  He mistakenly sent out the payment requests to all who have paid already.  He has 15 payment addresses to issue out to after the POST# 66

I bought 2 of these for 4.25 BTC each from the Dec 5 shipment, and I'm happy with them. But 2 weeks later makes a big difference. The price for Dec 20 shipment would need to be 2.95 BTC to be comparable to my first purchase, in ROI terms.

sadly as much as i have enjoyed bitmain and sushi's service the above comment is very relavent and i have to agree.

over 1 week ago today i paid 4.05BTC per miner, 1 week ago today i recieved delivery and have recoeved 0.7-0.8 of my initial cost. miners are limited to what they will produce and they have almost produced about 20% of their projected yield at a 25% difficulty increase projection.

BTC Price is almost 50% less than at that time for customers who exchange FIAT to BTC right now...

For them current FIAT equivalent price is $1,933 USD  vs. over $4,000 USD

+ the resell value...

Sadly, some are buying from the group buy, and turning around and listing on Ebay for over $5,000 USD (making at least $500 profit) using my photos without permission. I think 1 might went over $10,000 USD

I will continue to work for the better price to raise the bar!!!  But for this batch, this was the best I could do...  Cry

Addition:: It's still a lot cheaper than https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=370260.0   & My Group Buy is In-Stock Get it Now Deal.

sushi, as much as i respect the serive you have provided, these are bitcoin miners, they mine bitcoin...... not fiat.
they have a limited shelf life based on difficulty growth.

edit: ebay is a sham and prices are irreverent really.

If you don't want to buy, just shut up and don't buy.

USB miners went and go for much higher price and people still buy them, everyone is free to make their own calculations and decide if he want's to buy or not. When you go to Best Buy, you also complain about the price and ask everyone there to give you discount, or you just go to another shop?

USB miners actually decreased in BTC price with difficulty growth though, 1.99btc start point down to a wholesale end point of 0.02btc. I am not complaining, i am stating facts based on projections. I respect sushi a lot, he has helped me with a few things personally and i respect bitmain for doing a great job of producing some cool miners.

I'd analogize it more has giving constructed critisisim as a repeat customer to a friends business, instead of walking into best buy and complaining to the store clerk who you don't know and he does not care  Roll Eyes

Hi Guys!

I would love to see, posts only, 10 Units Please...  or 100 Units Paid  Grin Grin Grin

In Reality:

I don't mind those opinions posted here as long as it's not 100 times repeatedly posted every few post.  Everyone looks at different way of investment returns.  I rather have BTC Newbies to know there are may different angle to look at things in Wild Wild BTC World!!!

Price wise, I'm doing my best to secure lower price as possible.  I guess in turn, more I sell, the lower price I may be able to obtain...

Hey I admit I sold one on Ebay (using my own pictures!) but I'm also buying my 4th unit here.  The BTC I paid for my first one I had to buy at over $1k a piece.  My first unit with PSU cost me close to $4500 USD.  One today would cost me well less than half that.  Things happen.  My LTC rig that I built a week ago when LTC was at $30+ is now barely covering the cost of powering it every day.  Anyway, the point is that Sushi provides awesome service and Bitmain provides a great product.  At today's prices you probably won't regret buying one.  Just my opinion.
