I'm new here, so forgive any ignorance on my part. I'm no longer able to access my electrum wallet. I reinstalled it (I still had the original download file in my downloads from months back.) and it still doesn't open. I was still using version 1.8.1 so I thought maybe I needed to upgrade to 1.9.6 and maybe that would fix it but every time I go to the electrum website to download the new version, I get the "Server not found" error webpage when I attempt to access the download links? I'm still unsure what the problem is or if this is a solution. My wallet has been working fine for months then suddenly it begins having issues? I've looked through the forums and have read about others having trouble similar to mine but I have not yet encountered a solution. I'm using Windows XP and my seed isn't the issue because I'm unable to access the client to input my seed and I no longer have the files as I thought I wouldn't need to back them up as long as I retained my seed. I believe they were deleted when I uninstalled the original client. I'd like to know why I'm unable to access my wallet, why I'm unable to access the the version 1.9.6 download?
