As the title says..
This should be brought to peoples attention simple because of the fact that a lot of sites and services are linked to Paypal we all use.

And don't waste your time flaming me saying well you shouldn't use Paypal anyway blah blah..
Because i can cite numerous examples of Banks around the world doing the same exact thing.

I see Cryptocoins being sold on eBay for a long time now as well as places like BTC-E or even Virwox with Lindens and Bitcoin.
And whether they harass you and lock your account is random..

China is has been pushing back and so has Payment providers such as Paypal and of course banks.
This is a battle we have to deal with.

And i would like to see some support for Bitcoin / Virtual currencies anywhere you do it people.

PLEASE go to Paypals forums and demand they support Bitcoin if that is something you want..
https://www.paypal-community.com/t5/US-PayPal-Community/ct-p/US
By doing this you can probably save some other people suffering that i have been going through for weeks as they interrogate me.
Either we fight back or we avoid them all.. so which is it ? Are we going to use banks and Paypal etc ?

Show your support !

and pray Paypal unlocks my account for me please..
if they don't give me my money back i'm screwed Sad

people should already be aware of this for a few years now, if there are people out there that still don't know about paypal's tactics, you shouldn't do anything financial related on the internet Smiley

Especially with virtual items, using one payment "method" to pay for another payment "method" will always be risky, otherwise there would be legal exchanges for BTC<==>PayPal Smiley

Paypal will become obsolete shortly. Archaic, inhuman company who's demise will be self-induced.

If you like my post please feel free to give me some positive rep https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=trust;u=18639

so predictable..

i knew you guys would say that bs word for word..

did you even read what i said or did you see the word Paypal and hit reply as fast as possible ?

and don't forget a LOT of people do NOT "know".

what ever.. expect nothing but snotty comments from me then..
if you get robbed by <any fiat service> i will say your a moron and should know better and laugh at you.

re-stating the obvious time warning.

so you all across the crypto world love to keep chirping the same tag line do you ?
that using Paypal is an obvious no no ?
well wake up idiots.. BANKS are doing the EXACT same damn thing all along..
AS I SAID earlier..
and YOU SHOULD KNOW THAT Wink

Thanks for the support and "useful" comments lol

Merry Christmas and i hope you pricks get robbed of your money so i can post a meme.jpg and laugh at you Wink
although i expected about as much around here.. the crypto scene is full of complete pricks.. nothing new..
we SHOULD ALL KNOW THAT too Wink

To new guys in the scene i can be helpful if you have any questions.. i have researched and discussed this privately with some exchanges
and i know what options are available (for Canadians)
if your not American your options are limited and hence you get snotty comments saying why don't you do this or that 'cause it's easy.
unlike these dicks i will try and be helpful..

what comes around goes around people..

Dear xxxx xxxxxxxx

We have reviewed your PayPal account and found that you have been involved
in the sale of electronic media exchange (such as electronic money or
digital currency). Per our current Acceptable Use Policy for Money Service
Businesses, PayPal may not be used for currency exchange including the sale
of BitCoins .

To continue using your PayPal account, we need some additional information
from you. Please provide us with a signed and notarized affidavit stating
that you understand and will comply with PayPal's terms and conditions.

The affidavit should include the following language. You can simply copy
and paste the text below to a blank document and then print it for
signature and notarization:

I, the undersigned, do affirm that I understand and will comply with
PayPal's policy regarding the use of PayPal accounts to sell electronic
currency. I understand that PayPal may not be used for the exchange of
electronic currency. I further affirm that any future violation of the
policy may result in immediate restricted access to the account.

This. If I have to have money now, I will do a localbitcoin sell and get it on a greendot card. I lose a bit of money yes, but paypal is the evil of the world, I would stay away from them .
