Yeah! FSA is preparing  preliminary draft for lawmakers to consider as they want to include crypto-currenies in ambit of Money Laundering Law acts legally by amending constitutions. It won't be a gray area thereafter. Their neighbor have different stand- Norway’s tax department won’t recognize Bitcoins as legal tender for a while and will impose a capital gains tax just like Germany.
