unfortunately there are so many of these "experts" with their speculations about bitcoin these days on both sides and both group are usually making guesses about things they do not understand. some say it will fall because it is in a bear market and it is a bubble and some others like this are saying it will rise to a big amount just because it was rising and the adoption is increasing.

in the end I do not think we will see the same huge rise this year but we will have a rise because the correction has been over for some time now and people have been accumulating bitcoin ever since.

I may not see that bitcoin will go further on its current price cause it happens that some whales who are somewhat taking control market trend won't letting it to fly high again. As we notice that, bitcoin price are getting stabilize in the range from $7k-$10k. If that is continuously happen until in the 3rd quarter, definitely there is no chances going into that price.

I think the experts are only just predicting it, the crypto experts have not given or explained the details of the discussion clearly to the traders and investors, I think this is merely for investors and traders not to panic with the current market situation. but, I hope this is not mere nonsense without the plot, hopefully the experts will talk about it will actually happen in the future.

Strategist Sam Doctor analyze the relationship of bitcoin mining cost and price and it has led the market research firm to predict the cryptocurrency’s range will fall between $20,000 and $64,000 by 2019 year end.

The calculations focused on Bitcoin Price to Mining Breakeven Cost Metric, known as P/BE, which Doctor says has “proven a reliable long-term support level.”

“We expect the mining economy to grow over the next several years, and project a BTC price of ~$36,000 by year end 2019 based on the historical average 1.8x P/BE multiple,” co-founder Tom Lee.

It's been also predicted by many strategists that the price of bitcoin will jump again to $20k by the end of 2018.

I don't know about $20k by the end of 2018, honestly. We have seen that the psychological barrier (and a solid sell wall) at the $10k mark, as well as the overall bearish sentiment in the market has kept prices low, and I don't think that's going to change just yet. The recovery will take some time, as the bull market last year was extremely long and prices went up by many multiples.

But, $36k by the start of 2020 seems possible to me.

It's nothing crazy like the $1 million by 2020 that John McAfee is predicting, and I think that 2019 will be the start of a market wide recovery. Thus, with the right market conditions, it's definitely doable.

He has lost his credibility a long time ago already. He made certain predictions last year and implies that it wasn't him having made that prediction, but someone else using his name. What? Video proof shows otherwise.

It's basically the same with all the shitcoins he keeps promoting for $100,000 in return. At some point he was accused of manipulation and whatnot, and then blatantly claimed his account was hacked and that it wasn't him.

This dude has serious mental problems. It's a billionaire. He shouldn't degrade himself like that for pocket change (yes, for him that's pocket change). He's nothing more than an eccentric old man with too much free time.

I hope so too, so many new people who are interested in the world of crypto (bitcoin). but, in my opinion it is still too early to discuss the price in 2019 later. we the users, investors and markets, should focus first on the price in 2018 later, so the price at the end of the year will burst again as happened in 2017 ago. I'm sure the end of this year the price will pass through his new record.

We sure are all hoping for the best, but generally I have never been a fan of all these guys that just want to be predicting the future like they are God or something. No matter the proof these guys think they have, it is all just some form of hope and we can only get to know how things end up when the time comes.

For now, let's just stick to the present moment. Yes, it is good to hope for the best, but timing when the best will come is just what I personally do not prefer. In the long term, I am bullish, but how long it is going to take, is only the business of time.

A lot of economic experts where claiming that bitcoin will fall or it's pyramid and bla bla bla but what happened? Their authority must went from high to low but somehow that's not happening. To be fair they try how much power do they (their words) have and since bitcoin isn't that much popular in people, they still remain experts (in reality at least they lie).
So if they predict and believe it, I am waiting for them to sell everything and invest in bitcoin, person has to be silly if he knows sure high ROI and doesn't invest.

It may be less, it may even be far more than that, but the only thing we have to ourselves is time and trend. i strongly believe that the prediction is not far from the truth which will happen in no time.

Some months back, even $100k also seemed possible with that time frame. But after few countries stand and mtgox sell-off kind of things made those speculations a collapsed one. As per few experts $36k is possible within 2018, yes may happen in NO TIME.

Calm down, it all takes a process if you appreciate what the experts say. Predicting future bitcoin prices is a cure for current bitcoin price conditions. Bitcoin prices have fallen too far from ATH by the end of 2017, and now it's hard to get back to ATH prices.

But if you have been bored to hear some speculation that experts say, better stay still and just watch it. The price of cryptocurrency is identical to various speculations, and most of the price of cryptocurrency is also be affected by various speculations. Inevitably, we must take part the flow which in this cryptos world.

I think its pretty much realistic guess for future bitcoin price. Mining is becoming lot more expensive and new businesses are growing everyday. I was expecting to see 50000 dollars eventually in 3 years. 35k for next year is fine guess too.

Credibility he may never ever be able to regain, lol. I am sure McAfee was never serious and all he was just busy doing was making his position to instigate some buying momentum in the market to make more money which would be the reason why he was even just busy supporting even shit coins and that was the moment I realized how unserious this guy has been all the while.

I am not a fan of expert opinion anyway, still I am just a fan of the charts and the trend and so far, that is fine by me. In my belief my chart analysis are the real experts to guide me better than anyone else in this world.
