With the Citizens United case essentially making the argument, (and winning) that money constitutes free speech in a way- perhaps a legal challenge to governments limiting Bitcoin usage could be through a free speech argument?

Why not? Did you read the Citizens United case? Money is a statement, which money you choose is a particularly strong statement. It is indeed your freedom of speech. I don't see why some clever lawyers couldn't make a convincing case on that.

I do enjoy your posts crazy_rabbit, but don't we already have the right to use Bitcoin?  For example, I buy things with bitcoin in Canada and the USA on a regular basis.  Who are you proposing to sue, and what for, exactly?

To be blunt I would prefer the USA to be like NK. No spying or assassinating people abroad, no invading foreign countries, no false flag operations, no eugenics programs, no manipulating politics, no "mah democracy", as a foreigner it would benefit me more than the way you're currently are, and who cares about what is happening INSIDE your country anyways?
