Anyone have a clue on what the status is on withdrawing money to the U.S. on Mt.Gox? I did an ACH withdrawal over 1 month ago and have not seen or heard a thing. Opened 3 support tickets and they haven't even been assigned yet.

I am so done with Mt.Gox, I just want my money so I can never deal with them again. /rant.

The grue lurks in the darkest places of the earth. Its favorite diet is adventurers, but its insatiable appetite is tempered by its fear of light. No grue has ever been seen by the light of day, and few have survived its fearsome jaws to tell the tale.

They got me for 3000. Used them for years and didnt bother digging to find out they had turned to scum.

Hopefully someone can find the rich puppeteers of this criminal group and return our funds,

You can ask them to cancel the pending withdrawal. Then convert to BTC and get the heck out of there. Actually since BTC prices have tanked you can probably buy back more BTC than you were cashing out, silver lining so to speak...

How we can get the attention of Mt.Gox?? They do not seem to care about us at all. I just want my money back so I can buy BTC and transfer them out and be done with them!

This is utterly frustrating. Even BTC-E, as bad as they are, wasn't this bad.

I would entirely agree at the moment, that if you need the money sooner rather than later, convert to BTC, transfer to another option that allows for better withdrawal for yourself. Coinbase might be worth looking at for the US punter...though I don't know the likely turnaround fees myself. It's definitely worth a look into though for yourself.
