Hey there shibe, much welcome to the forum!

I have my miners pointed at  http://doge.netcodepool.org 3000 miners are already there in that pool and it has a net hash rate of ~3000Mh/s. Right now the front end UI is down, so you might try to join in once it's up.

Many Wow!

SO, I don't care about bitcoins or any of this boring stuff you guys are interested in.

I just care about doge coins. I have about 250K

Becoming a dogeillionaire might seem hard right now, but it's a goal I have and I hope to accomplish it.

It doesn't work like that. You don't get paid less in a pool with more miners. In fact, in a pool with more miners the block gets found faster and you get your earned share in your account credited faster compared to a pool with less miners where it will take too long to find a block and vice-versa. That's correct, you should also look at your pool payout model. Different type of models are explained here -> http://bitcoin.stackexchange.com/a/375
